When you're congested, I'd recommend making yourself some hot tea with honey, lemon and cayenne pepper. If you're really feeling under the weather, add rye or bourbon.

1/4 c. butter
1 large shallot finely diced
5 cloves garlic thinly sliced
1 tbsp dried red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp. cayenne
1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
5 sprigs fresh thyme
2 bay leaves
1 c. dry white wine
2 lbs. fresh mussels scrubbed well and beards removed
1/4 c. diced prosciutto
5 strands saffron
1/3 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. pasta water
Linguini - cook to package directions reserving some pasta water
In a large saucepan or Dutch oven melt butter over medium-high heat. Add shallots, garlic, and pepper flakes. Cook until softened but do not let the garlic burn. Add cayenne, white pepper, thyme, bay leaves, and wine. Bring to a boil and then add the mussels. Steam the mussels for 5 minutes and then remove the mussels to a warm pot or bowl and cover to keep warm. Add prosciutto to the cooking liquid and increase the heat, reducing the liquid by half. Add Saffron and heavy cream and return to a boil. Add some pasta water if the sauce needs thickening or volume. Remove thyme sprigs and bay leaves from the sauce. Plate the pasta and layer the mussels on top spooning the sauce over the dish.

French Guyana (French: Guyane) is an overseas department and region of France. It is located in the north of South America on the Atlantic Ocean between Brazil and Suriname at 4° north latitude and 53° west longitude. French Guyana is a fully integrated part of the French state and thus also part of the European Union and NATO. The euro is legal tender. 90% of the region is covered with primary tropical rainforest, which is part of the Amazon basin and has a great diversity of species. French Guyana is about the size of Austria and has about 250,000 inhabitants, most of whom live on or near the coast. The climate is tropical, the average annual temperature is 28°C with an average humidity of 90%. There is no tourist infrastructure worth mentioning, developed roads only near the coast. The region is known in Europe as a former French penal colony ("Papillon") and through the spaceport 'Centre Spatial Guyanais' in Kourou.

Der Euro ist gesetzliches Zahlungsmittel. 90% der Region sind mit primärem tropischen Regenwald bedeckt, der Teil des Amazonasbecken ist und eine große Artenvielfalt aufweist. Frz.-Guyana ist etwa so groß wie Österreich und hat ca. 250.000 Einwohner, die zum großen Teil an oder nahe der Küste leben. Das Klima ist tropisch, die Jahrestemperatur beträgt konstant im Mittel 28°C bei einer durchschnittlichen Luftfeuchtigkeit von 90%. Eine nennenswerte touristische Infrastruktur gibt es nicht, ausgebaute Straßen nur in Küstennähe. In Europa bekannt ist die Region als ehemalige französische Strafkolonie ("Papillon") und durch den Weltraumbahnhof 'Centre Spatial Guyanais' in Kourou.

when I arrived at my favorite spot at the Gersprenz / Hessen last week, I found 5 bunnies who were obviously "thrown away" by someone. With much help of four ladies (who reacted to my facebook-post) we could catch all of them and brought them to a save place (Tierheim Babenhausen), where they have been now checked and pampered - don't they all look very sweet??!
