K11 Art Mall is a seven-storey shopping centre in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong located in The Masterpiece, developed by New World Development and completed in December 2009. It is near Tsim Sha Tsui and East Tsim Sha Tsui stations.
The K11 Art Mall has seven storeys (two underground, five above ground). The B1 and B2 storeys were opened on 27 November 2009, and the rest of the mall was opened on 5 December that year. Retail and restaurants accounted for 80 per cent and 20 per cent of the stores, respectively.
B2 is mainly international cuisine, women's fashion, shoes and cosmetics, with shops such as D-mop zone, Mousse, ISCOV, JILL SCOTT, Mirabell, and Milan. B1 is mainly daily necessities, including La Creation de Gute bakery, LensCrafters, AV Life, Dymocks bookstore, I Love Kitchen, Mannings, and Market Place by Jasons supermarket.
The ground floor has many high-end stores, including Longchamp, Tiffany by Soloman, Thann, the Italian brand Dormeuil, Y-3, D-mop, and Chow Tai Fook concept store. In the centre is a large plaza, called "The Piazza", that features a glass ceiling and a large LED screen.
Levels 1–3 have many boutiques, including AIGLE, KLASSE14, Laosmiddle, Levi's, Clarks, Fila, and mademoiselle. The mall also caters to Mainland customers, with several Mainland brand-name specialty stores such as Biba and imaroon.
There are restaurants on each floor of the mall, totaling over 20, including B2's Miso Cool and DALAT Vietnamese restaurant; The Piazza's Espressamente illy and awfully chocolate; and various others, such as AKU Japanese Restaurant, Al Pasha, Cool Gelato, Ginza Bairin and Pak Loh Chiu Chow Restaurant.

There seems to be a gathering of snowy owls nearby and some counts have been as high as in the 50's. Bird watchers and photographers from as far away as the US have come up for a look and even the local newspaper ran a story about it recently. This afternoon we had a look for ourselves and saw about 15. They were on the ground, in the trees, on fence posts, the roofs of houses and barns, and of course on electrical poles. We observed they poop a lot - everyone of them did so when we stopped at a respectful distance to grab a picture - and they apparently don't get along with the local crow population, or at times, each other.
It was getting late and we were on the way home when we spotted this one, who had just grabbed a vole. There was only time for hand holding the camera so it's not as sharp as I would like. Never the less, it was not something I'd seen before and the owl also swallowed the vole in one piece, which I hadn't expected either.
It should be noted the owl's dinner was not catered - we did not bait and did not observe any of the other people nearby do so either.
A truly remarkable conveyance. And the photo gets EXPLORED, even though I was not the photographer! Sometimes the best pictures were not originally posted to flickr; instead, they've appeared on ebay or in Hemmings as part of the advertisement.

Decibelle is one of many creations from a group of various engineers. Their goal is to create androids that are catered to a specific task. She was created as a radio technician and was programmer to be a social communications tower. She is the older sister to Circuit, who was created by the same group.
After a sudden power down, she awoke to a new world where she was sheltered from the world. Due to her being unable to travel and move, she used her skill to gather others who would travel to her location and get her information from there. She grew bored with her time, wanted to interact more with the world around her. She had heard of people who would perform on the Internet for fun and money.
She outfitted herself with the appropriate equipment for gaming, the most popular genre of online entertainment. She gave herself an alternate face to her original ‘cyclops’ face that is meant for function, with a cleaner looking face that she assumed viewers would like more. She marketed herself as playing games she had never played before, and while streaming online, she had her webcam pointed from the waist up to hide her tower-like lower body.
She was recognized quickly, and was later contracted by news outlets and broadcast studios to cover events and add commentary. She developed small drones to be her outside eyes, and experience traveling in the world she resides without being able to leave.

A great place for watercolour artists, near Snape Maltings in Suffolk. Snape Maltings is also home to a lovely concert hall, catering for performance art too. Even though it was an overcast day, the light was lovely looking across the reed beds and this solitary dead tree must be quite an attention grabber for photography and paintings alike.
Look closely and you'll see it's not a van at all, but a cleverly disguised catering trailer.

Honey Chipotle grilled shrimp appetizer. My Brother had a few staff cancel so I ended up putting in a pretty hard week cooking, prepping, setting up, tearing down, driving trucks and serving for 9 parties over 4 days.

The wooden house beyond it is my own Houton home - Cullya-Quoy which has a very large garden. Then the white house beyond it is "Upper Fleck" which for many years was owned by the Husband family but is now Katy & Johnny's.
The sunlight in this capture was from a very low sunrise around 09.00 am just under 2 weeks before the Winter Solstice or "Shortest Day".
