Vicino Cassis c'è una strada incredibile, a strapiombo sul mare da una parte e a strapiombo sul resto della Francia dall'altra. Dovrò tornare a vedere quei colori, me lo prometto.
Near Cassis, there's an amazing route, falling sheer on the sea on one side and sheer on the rest of France on the other. I shall see those colors again, I promise myself.

The small harbor in Cassis. Formerly a fishing harbor but now mostly catering to the tourist trade. June 2007.

"Cassis bombe, elderflower yoghurt foam, Choya granita, yuzu pearls, yuzu rubies"
A visually pleasing pinkish due dessert that was accompanied by light fruity and tangy flavours and tastes. All in all, the most balanced of the 3 desserts I had and the most enjoyable one. I do not favour rich and heavy desserts and so this choice was really up my alley in terms of preferences.
Light and clean but intense; it was a true knockout in terms of endearment to myself.
