Tomatoes or kamatis in Cebuano. Tomatoes + Kamates (correct spelling is actually kamatis, but some people usually switch I and E mistakenly) = TAMATES. :D
7 1/4 just means 7 Philippine pesos (about 15 cents, US) for 1/4 kilo of tomatoes.

The Lord Mayor mentioned the great challenges climate change presents and highlighted the importance of providing the right incentives to finance low carbon growth.
Lord Mayor mencionó los grandes retos que representa el cambio climático y subrayó la importancia de proveer los incentivos correctos para financiar el crecimiento bajo en carbono.
or so this sales lady says.... and they are cheap too. This is taken in a store at the carbon market. And most of all, they are melamine free.... meaning these pearls are loaded with melamine for free with no added cost to the pearl. (joke joke)

Since the camera I was using didn't have the ability to isolate one color (like my Canon Powershot A700), I had to resort to Photoshop, as this is how I pictured my photo to be when I saw these boots!
This man sells plants, flowers and sandals at the Carbon Public Market. Though he lives far from the city, he comes to the market daily to earn his keep. I bought this violet "million dollar" flower from him.
