Editing one of my first pictures with a smartphone
As I said in my previous picture this beautiful antique mobile from 1934 was a technical tour de force in the automotive world at the time.
This Lagonda M 45 Rapide Tourer had a 6 cylinder engine with a capacity of 4.453 cc and a power of 115 HP, with a top speed from 160 km per hour.
Automotive technology at the time was not yet refined, so the 115 HP from an engine of this size is disappointing and not much compared to today's horsepower.
Before that time, however, it delivered enormous power and high performance and this car was faster and cheaper than a Bentley.
The illustrious car brand Lagonda did not recover from the Great Depression in the 1930s due to financial problems and went bankrupt.
Today, Lagondas sports cars are rare and the standard model price is € 155.800,00.
This boy is equiped with all possible original options and therefor worth several tens of thousand Euros more....

From across the parking lot, this brilliant yellow Jeep was 'calling' to me! Something about the simple design and bold colour in combination that makes one take notice.
