Technical Notes:

I started in Photoshop CS5 . . . UNIMPRESSED - Adobe dudes.

Next, I processed it in Lightroom 5 . . . Unimpressed Adobe.

Finally, I procesed it in CaptureOne, and polished it in Nikon Capture NX2.

I almost relegated this photo to permanent storage.

I had never been to Levington Creek before, yet I'm not sure why not. It was a fantastic location for taking pictures, not only was there rolling hills and oak trees, but also muddy beaches and a river ! Got lots more from here to share soon !

Dit is een van de twee 14e-eeuwse Japanse houten tempelwachters (Niō) die in het Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam worden tentoongesteld. Deze gespierde wachters zijn afkomstig uit de Iwayaji-tempel bij Yokota. Ze zijn meer dan levensgroot en hebben een zeer expressieve uitdrukking. Hun taak is traditioneel om het kwaad buiten te houden.

This is a macro of the Laws Whiskey House bottle, which is a fave because of this labeling, and the fact that it's square.
