shot with fuji x-t3 &18-55mm fujinon. Processed from raw with capture one express free fuji version. Black & white conversion done with dxo filmpack 5.

RiNo (River North) is an up and coming, gentrified neighborhood on the outskirts of downtown Denver. It's a center of street art, trendy dining, and niche shops. It's also still an area surrounded by the poor and the homeless. It makes for an interesting dichotomy.
