These two ran down to the water's edge and then scampered out of the way when each wave arrived.

Doane Rock is the largest exposed glacial boulder ("erratic") on Cape Cod. It stands 18 feet high and extends below the ground an estimated 12 feet.

This was an EXTREMELY smooth beer and a very nice bottle too. Real paint on the glass, not wrapped.

We sat on a bench on a pier outside the Connecticut River Museum to enjoy the beautiful view and this guy decided to join us. He sat there calmly while I took a few photos and turned around to give me a view of his other side. He might have decided it was his more photogenic side.
