Game day for the Canucks!

Started off the day meeting with my friend who would also be going to the game with me. Unfortunately she wasn't able to find any of the Predators players before the game, so we ended up just killing some time before the game.

The game itself was pretty good! The score for first period was 3 - 1 for Nashville, while for the second period the score changed to an even 5 - 5. Nashville ended up winning in the third period with a single goal, final score 6 - 5 for Nashville :( The small mistakes the Canucks made were a bit irksome as I watched the game along with the few times that some players missed holding on to the puck when it was passed to them ~_~ Oh well, still a nice experience, I just wish we had some better seats.

After the game, my friend did get her chance to try and meet the players from Nashville. She only ended up meeting one but she did get her art of that player signed at least (and a picture) :)

Restaurants close so early in Vancouver, we just BARELY made it to Red Robin in time to get take-out (since Nandos was closed and I don't know any other good places to go eat downtown). As cold as it was, it was nice eating outside and listening to the quiet city :)

The night ended with the clouds lazily drifting across the dark sky, not a bad day after all :)

30 days to go till 2012..

Today I went down to Rogers Arena with a friend of mine. We went to get tickets to the hockey game on Dec. 1st (as you can see) :) The tickets themselves cost so much! I don't think that I'm going to be able to buy my Anime Revolution pass before the year ends now >.<

After we got the tickets (and pictures) we parted ways and headed to class for the day.
