We're at the end of 2024 and the final roll for this year's entry into the Frugal Film Project. So having to do a bit of Christmas Shopping and needing a specific store I took myself to a favourite historic city, that of Galt, Ontario. While most people know it today as Cambridge, Ontario it is one of three (four) colonial settlements and my personal favourite for the amount of historic buildings and architecture left to explore.

May's roll took me to Hamilton, where I visited the historic core, Jamesville, and Dundurn Castle/Burlington Heights. Hamilton is my favourite city, and I have seen a lot of changes throughout my time visiting it. And while the city has seen great revival there are still reminders of both the highs and the lows around every corner.

You literally are walking on Canadian History when you're in Montreal. This city hold a special place for me, not only because of the connection to Canadian history but also for my photographic journey. This was now the third trip to Montreal and for October's FFP roll I decided to focus on what I see as the best part, the old city.
