I should be banned from antique stores; found a Canon AE-1 Program for much cheaper than I could purchase second hand at a camera store. Camera was listed in "good working condition" and I guess these scanned negatives prove that point. New Years resolution has to be no more analog cameras, no matter how great a deal. I think the next roll will use up all the D-76; on to Adox Rodinal next.

The collection is complete! I now have all of the cameras in the Canon A Series. I was in my local camera shop picking up some films I had had developed when I happened to look into their old film camera cabinet. Sitting there was a pristine AE-1 Program, normally I wouldn't have looked twice but it was a very good price and I had just been given some money for my birthday. It seemed to be fate. I worked out that I could buy the camera and still have enough to buy the developing equipment I had planned to buy. I took a look at it and discovered the reason for the good price. The dreaded Canon Cough! It was pretty bad but I decided to take the plunge as I had heard of a simple fix. I bought it, got it home and the next day attempted the fix. Unfortunately the vital screw I needed to undo was scrubbed out so I ended up taking the whole top off the camera and fixing it that way. It was pretty daunting but a few drops of oil in the right place and it is as good as new. I have shot a roll and it is an utter joy to use in Program mode. So fast and fun!
