Children's cancers are treated by a team consisting of a Pediatric Oncologist, Pathologist, Pediatric Surgeon, Pediatric nutritionist, Play therapist, Pediatric Radiation Oncologist, Radiation therapist or therapy Radiographer, and more. The team is usually led by the Pediatric Oncologist. A child with cancer needs to be treated at a specialist hospital with access to specialists from many different aspects of medical care. 23-7-2011; A group of happy walkers make thier way to the the finish on the Kerry Way Cancer Research Walk in aid of Cork Cancer Research Centre at the weekend.
