The giant rock formations, Acantilados de Los Gigantes, rise from the sea to a height of 500-800 metres.
Los Gigantes means "The Giants".
Listed as a 'near threatened' endemic bird, to the island of Tenerife in the Canary Islands. A medium-sized finch with a strong and heavy bill and broken white eye-ring.
The male is a striking dark blue-grey while female is brown-grey. Largely restricted to montane pine forests. Song is a repetitive, accelerating series; call is a “pi”chewee.” (Source: e-bird)

El Drago, also known as Drago Milenario and Drago de Icod de los Vinos, is the oldest and largest living specimen of Dracaena draco, or dragon tree, in Parque del Drago, Icod de los Vinos, Tenerife, Spain. It is said to be a thousand years old, although the age is disputed.

The vineyards of La Gería, Lanzarote DO wine region, are a protected area. Single vines are planted in pits 4–5 metres (13–16 feet) wide and 2–3 metres (6 feet 7 inches–9 feet 10 inches) deep, with small stone walls around each pit. This agricultural technique is designed to harvest rainfall and overnight dew and to protect the plants from the winds.
Castillo de San Marcial de Rubicón de Femés or Torre de las Coloradas was constructed in the 18th century. It is not open to the public.
It is one of several defensive towers, divided over the different Canary Islands. It used to have a bell, underneath the cross, to inform locals that pirates were approaching the island.
