The north coast of Madeira is characterized by spectacular, lush green landscapes overlooking the deep blue sea. The cooler weather and moisty winds from Atlantic are responsible for the rich vegetation.

Ich muss gestehen, dass dieses Foto für mich persönlich zu den faszinierendsten Bildern gehört, die ich bisher machen durfte. Licht, Strukturen, Schatten, aber vor allem die Bäume als unglaubliche Lebenskünstler! Die Szene ist dem Innenleben des größten Vulkans auf La Palma entnommen.
I have to admit, that this photo for me is one of the most fascinating pictures I was allowed to take up to now. Light, structures, shadows but most of al these trees as real artists of life! This scenry is taken from inside the biggest volcano of La Palma.
