The Camber,Portsmouth, England.HFF

Really like visiting this beach and thought I share another from my visit a while back

Nice still waters of the Camber, Old Portsmouth, where the fishing boats live and now has the home of the Ben Ainslie headquarters. (Sir Charles Benedict Ainslie, CBE (born 5 February 1977) is an English competitive sailor. Ainslie is the most successful sailor in Olympic history.)

National Cargo Boeing 747-428(BCF) N919CA landing Runway 12 Prestwick in a 20+ knots crosswind. Arrived from Colorado Springs.

The RNLI truck was travelling along the beach in the sea fog and liked the minimal feel to this.

Hope you like.

One of 16 on a rare visit to Swinley Forest, near Camberly, Surrey

The parrot crossbill is a small bird in the finch family .

This bird breeds in the pine forests of northwest Europe and into western Russia. There is also a small population in Scotland,

This crossbill is mainly resident, but ,as seems to have happened this year, will irrupt south and west if its food source fails.

I grabbed a day off from work, and we took my 3 year old granddaughter for a day trip to Camber Sands a few days ago, and amongst the fun of building sandcastles i managed to sneak off…just for 15 minutes ;-)
