The buildings in AsiaTown IT Park dwarf in comparison to those in Makati or in Cebu Business Park (which is located a few meters from the place). Most of the buildings here are at most only 14 storeys-high. I believe that the reason for this is that there is a telecommunications tower in the said area. If a 20-storey building would be erected here, there is a strong possibility that fidelity of the telecommunications signal will be severely compromised.
