As well as the colour slides I took of Paul Stratford at Old Milverton driving CVC 979, his Aveling Barford R class 6 ton road roller (AC624); CVC 979, built in March 1938, I simultaneously took black and white shots on a Mamiya 645. Paul had constructed the superb aluminium frame on which both cameras were mounted allowing the 2 pictures to be taken.. The picture was taken ion 29 June 1998 as he passed my old BMW 525i J41 CYX.
