The forecast for the snow storm had been building all week and after a few last minute checks we decided that our calling was upon us. The only problem - I had already organised to meet some friends for a few drinks in the city that night.
The solution? Trent, Jake and Craig would pick up the 4WD from my place then collect me drunk in the city.
7hrs later and I was standing in the freezing cold, with no sleep and one world class hang over. Thankfully I had the best of all cures, a Snowy Sugar Pine Forest, a camera and a couple of pain killers.
After our Federal Elections on the weekend the Greens gained a massive increase in votes, especially in my electorate. It certainly gave me hope that basic humanity will return to our political landscape. I have used some green pills here. Macro Mondays, theme: 'medical'. HMM
