Out in the bitter cold with your exploring buddies ploughing through knee deep snow at -8°C withstanding icy swamps, glacial winds and - who else - mister security, pioneering an unknown defunct cooling tower for the first time: priceless.

The first generation CTS was built by Cadillac from 2002 until 2007. As with other modern Cadillac models only a small number was exported to Europe. Therefore this model is quite rare over here. This one has a 2.8 litre V6 engine with 215 PS.

Cadillac’s CTS-V was available for model years 2011-2015. Interestingly, a 6-speed manual transmission was available.
Of course a lot of it amounts to personal taste but the rear of the Cadillac CTS-V Coupe looks too heavy in my opinion. To test out my theory, I did a bit of cut & paste retouching. (Apologies for its crudeness!) The top photo is the source image. The bottom is the revised version. Notice the reduced bulk of the rear ‘bumper’ and the space above the rear wheel opening.
