Chicago South Shore & South Bend Railroad Pullman built 14 at Randolph Street Station, Chicago, Illinois, September 25, 1983, photo by Chuck Zeiler. I believe this was a CERA sponsored fan trip. Someone on the trip brought along an old headlight that was used for the trip.
