As the final outcome to my evening pattern cutting class I designed - and am in the midst of - creating this jacket, as seen in the sketch above. An area of design that is growing at a huge rate currently, and that I have been interested in working with for a while, is gender-neutral, gender-equal clothing which was something I explored for this design, inspired by Prada's Fall 2015 collection. I am in the process of fitting the twarl and have purchased a collection of grey suede hides as my fabric.
