Deputy Ambassador Dominick Chilcott spoke at a panel discussion looking at the future of Afghanistan, which was held at the Center for Strategic and International Studies on 26 January. The discussion, which was moderated by CSIS’s Robert D. Lamb, a senior fellow in the Post-Conflict Reconstruction Project, also included Deputy Chief of Mission at the Norwegian Embassy Johan Vibe.
