"The Franklin Avenue Shuttle rumbles past the former Heinz 57 Varieties plant on Bergen Street in the Crown Heights section. Originally a brewery, the building was also a warehouse. It now houses apartments, studios, and a cheese aging facility in the former beer lagering cellar. "
