Our Motto is

We are a group of 55+ and much much older folks who love CrossFit but wanted a more toned down class.
We work on Mobility, Balance, Strength, and Endurance to keep us moving as we age.
We are elders who want to keep moving and continue to thrive even with our aches and pains.
Many of us have health challenges so our classes are always modified for us by our coach.
We are here for each other with the support and comradery that develops when you sweat together twice a week.
Our classes are full of joy and friendship which extends beyond the gym.
