"Alexandra Headland is a seaside locality in the Sunshine Coast region in Queensland, Australia. It forms part of the area known as Maroochy (also the name of the shire it belongs to) with its neighbours Mooloolaba and Maroochydore.
Although quieter than some parts of the Sunshine Coast, Alexandra Headland is popular with tourists, having a good, patrolled surf beach."

Members of the audience on stage before the performance
-----------------
'Crave' by Sarah Kane, as performed by Smack Carrots in the Smock Alley Theatre, Temple Bar.
The venue is adjacent to the main theatre and basically consists of a pit, overlooked by 2 levels of long terraces on 3 sides. To get to the viewing platforms you climb a ramp through a dark passageway around and behind the stage.
Prior to seating, the audience were invited to walk around and sit in the pit, where some of the actors (in character) wandered in an agitated manner, humming nursery rhymes and scrawling on the floor with chalk.
Ushered along the ramps by flashlight we passed other characters, creeping around, cackling, shining flashlights on our faces and an actor in the corner strumming the banjo.
During the performance actors would occasionally wander the terraces delivering their lines.
Overall a bizarre and confronting experience, pretty unforgettable mostly due to the powerful acting.
Week 25/52
By Hannah T.
Hands down, Eton Mess is my favourite dessert. It reminds me of summer, and of England, but most of all it is just delicious and I wish I could eat it everyday (without the effects of excess calorie consumption). Plus it is really easy to make. Berries (frozen or fresh), whipped cream, crushed meringues, stir, et voilà !
Easy *and* amazingly tasty? No wonder I crave it all the time...
I can't wait to memorize this day
Oh, a picture could not contain the way it feels
You say, "Live in the present"
I'm already dreaming of how it begins
And trying to savor the moment
But I know the feeling will come to an end
So I crave, crave to do it again, all again
Crave, crave, to do it again, I
Just for a second it all felt simple
I'm already missing it
So I crave, crave to do it again, all again
I romanticize even the worst of times
When all it took to make me cry was being alive
Look up and see a reflection
Of someone who never gave way to the pain
What if I told 'em that now that I'm older
There isn't a moment that I'd wanna change?
Now I crave, crave to do it again, all again
Crave, crave to do it again
Just for a second it, all felt simple
I'm already missing it
So I crave, crave to do it again, all again
Any second, feel the present
Future and the past connecting
(Past connecting, past connecting)
Any second, feel the present
Future and the past connecting
(Past connecting, past connecting)
(Crave)
Crave, crave to do it again, (to do it) all again
Crave, crave to do it again, I
Just for a second, it all felt simple
I'm already missing it
So I crave, crave to do it again, all again
The three week CRAVE series at Riv.
We pulled down the black fabric from our previous set build and replaced it with eighth inch hardboard and pegboard. The pegboard has 1 mil translucent plastic behind it and we drilled out holes so the backlights would make the letters CRAVE visible. All the LED lights that were pointed up were reoriented to point down and toward the back wall so that the holes in the pegboard would effectively glow with color.
The most involved part of this was attaching all the sheets of hardboard and pegboard. We went through almost two full boxes of screws. Given the option I would have used 3/16 inch thick materials but that would've cost nearly twice as much, which is crazy.

This waterside location, on Ambleside Beach in West Vancouver, has created a setting which guests clamour to enjoy. The "landmark" building with its large sunny patio and airy interior is an ideal meeting place for a romantic cocktail or gathering of family and friends.
CRAVE: where quality and care are evident in every bite of the grown-up, comfort-food menu. A delicious creation of Chef Wayne Martin (of Four Seasons Hotel executive chef background), this upscale bistro prides itself in featuring fresh, local, and often organic ingredients. The atmosphere is relaxed, casual and fun while the food is creative, generous and affordable.
Et en musique pour l'accompagner : Don't Sell Me Know - Hey Hey My My
