Intel T9400 attached and cleaned. CPU, GPU and Southbridge cleaned and ready for AS5 application.

The Koolance CPU-330 went on without any trouble whatsoever. There were concerns reported about the R50 chips near the block, but with the plate orientated left-right as opposed to up-down, it fit just fine.

A better view of my CPU heatsink, you can see the height of it, as well as compared to the stock heatsink/fan in my hand

After the flue was gone and ALL the parts where available we could start to build :-)

This is the result with an stabil working Bios config..

The CPU fan is very important for a computer. No computer can operate without one as its sole purpose is to keep the CPU cool. Heat makes the computer slow and will even crash or permanently damage a CPU. This particular fan is extremely efficient. The metal grate is called a heat sink, and it conducts heat out of the CPU. The fan on top then cools the heatsink, making the CPU cooling process much quicker.
