A Piper PA-28-161 (registration G-COSF) observed flying over the Dighty Burn near the weir at Panmurefield, west of the Seven Arches Viaduct in Broughty Ferry. According to FlightRadar24 at 13:37 UTC (about 5 minutes before this image was taken) it was flying at 3900 feet and 112 knots heading roughly south from Letham towards Broughty Ferry.
The white spots are out-of-focus birds!.
I last saw this plane at the end of October last year.

In standard fashion, firefighters from South Fulton-GA Fire Rescue, Cobb County Fire & Emergency Services, Gwinnett County Fire and Emergency Services, Emergency Room physicians from Emory Emergency Medicine Residency out of Emory University and Dekalb County Fire Rescue Department as the hosting agency chose to spend this International Firefighters' Day conducting some multi-jurisdictional #trench #training.
