This strange looking device is part of the sewage works that are ongoing in Perth. I have no idea what its purpose is, but I like how it looks.

It is funny what word association can do. The phrase under construction was used on web pages when they were first created but before content was added. These lowered the quality ratings of your site in searches. Had not thought of that in decades. Hadley has stopped on his nightly walk to visit with the owners of this new house. Looks so big. I don't recall seeing any construction going on. You can see the skeleton of a building behind me.
There was no work being done on it while I was there.
You can clearly see the effect of not enough sleep here. Where are those cucumbers when I really need them?
