The Denver Performing Arts Complex has first-class engagements year-round. The development will be a 21 storied 4-star hotel-retail-office mixed-use development on 8 Chua Boc Street, Hanoi, Vietnam. It has a site are of approx. 10,000 sq.m. and total GFA to be 77,000 sqm. IHG Group (InterContinental Hotels Group) will run the project as an operator on completion of the project. The hotel is required to be designed in accordance to Holiday Inn-InterContinental 4-star hotel chain standard.
