Day one at the first ever SLC Comic Con was a blast, didn't see any celebrities, but tons of costumes can't wait for day 2.

The london comic con Excel arena 2019, a twice yearly event, this is the biggest and best comic con event in the uk
Had a superb morning exploring a new place, a big old industrial site with a few obviously older buildings (this being in one of those). The weather was pretty dull with a fair bit of snow but a break in the clouds when we were in this building allowed some amazing light through, although this doesnt't show that light I loved the text that the graffiti artist had left for us to see.
Shared with me by a friend, these postcards date from 1955 to 1970. They are somewhat risqué for their time.

Red velvet cupcakes filled with chocolate cream cheese icing, frosted with cream cheese icing, and topped with comic book characters hand drawn in edible ink on fondant. Characters include Iron Man, Batman, Daredevil, Captain America, and Thor. Also included are two handmade fondant birthday cakes.
