U.S. 5TH FLEET AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY (July 21, 2013) An MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter assigned to Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 26, Det. 1, starts its preflight checks on the tarmac prior to a training flight. HSC-26, Det. 1 is a Forward Deployed Naval Force (FDNF) asset attached to Commander, Task Force 53 to provide combat logistics and search and rescue capability throughout the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
