Cod liver oil Levertraan
I remember myself sitting in about the same position at the kitchen table waiting for my Mom to come with the SPOON the horror I can still feel and taste it. THE SPOON... THE NOSE PINCH (like that helped) and the gulp. Then the the sick feeling the gag reflex and my Mom saying don't you dare spit it out. The escape ROBERT GET BACK HERE! run run for your life to the hills (we lived in a valley near the treeline) reached the forest out of sight could no longer keep it down... but no relief the smell the taste in my mouth the horror. Please don't think I had a bad childhood because I had a great childhood and a great Mom except for the Cod liver Oil thing. As footnote the next year it was Cod liver Oil time again had planned my escape the moment came I ran only to find the door locked. I turned around to see my Mom standing there with such a sweet smile of satisfaction the Horror the sick feeling in my stomach I could not keep it down .....was my last Cod liver oil year.

Kayak fishing is my life , oh no , kayak fishing is my hobby . I am not privileged as such . I have got a passion . This year has been fantastic in every aspect . I set my goals as early as the first of January . Catching 25 species from the kayak in Scotland . This week we tackled the east . We teamed up well considering we are out to sea .
Species 25 came along nicely . Ding a ling as we say , the serpent looking cod . Half a mile out from the launch we have one thing in mind is to stay put on that kayak . The wind and tide are gathering pace , from time to time I check out on my friends Ian and Marcos .And they do the same with me .
This is multitasking , today’s fishing is not easy , the drift is fast .
The team is getting good , I feel safe out to sea .
I forgot to say , species 26 is now onboard too . A ( maossive ) scorpion fish . I did not know those fish could grow that size . We stay 6 good hours on the lumpy sea and say no to the last drift . We understand the risk and know our limits . This year has been so interesting in every aspect , we have learned so much as a team . No one knows where our next trip will be , that’s Scotland with the unpredictable weather . And we still have so much to learn , every day is a school day . Enjoy the images .

I know people say that Door County is like the Cape Cod of the Midwest, but I still don't think that's why this motel in Egg Harbor is called the Cape Cod Motel.
Only one vehicle is tough enough to play in your world. Built on the Rubicon platform, this hero stands ready for deployment. Be one of the few to carry the Call of Duty® MW3 theme into your day-to-day campaigns!
-Jeep
Ever since I saw the webpage for this, I knew I wanted to either own one or build one out of Lego. I quite like how it turned out.
Partially inspired by Andrew Somers. I wish I could say I have actually played COD, but I haven't. lol
But I LOVE Jeeps!
My first jeep! Based off this.
Update: There where some technical issues with this model along with the fact that I felt that the previous picture poorly presented the jeep. I changed the headlights, redesigned the whole undercarriage, added a bit of suspension to the front wheels, and made some other changes as well.
Enjoy and God Bless!
I went out hoping for a repeat of last night's sunset - of which I saw only parts and from a chair indoors - and possibly a moonrise. I saw neither, but did get this ....

Sandwich, Massachusetts
There was nothing going on in the sky on this windy and chilly Sunday afternoon, but I was in the area and wanted to scope out this spot and play with the D750. Better compositions could be had but the sun was fading, my hands were going numb, and I was afraid of dropping things in the sand and/or water.
On the jetty and area (paraphrased from Wikipedia): This 3,000 foot (910 m) stone jetty separates the eastern end of the Cape Cod Canal from Scusset Beach. The Cape Cod Canal is an artificial waterway in the state of Massachusetts connecting Cape Cod Bay in the north to Buzzards Bay in the south. Part of the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway, the approximately 7 mile (11 km) long canal separates Cape Cod from the state's mainland.
Filters: Singh-Ray LB ColorCombo + LEE 2-stop hard-edge GND
Exposure notes: The sun was almost directly behind me but the ColorCombo still provided some nice contrast. I metered off of the sand; the 2-stop GND provided just the right amount of balance for the bright sky. To preserve some of the turbulence in the ocean, I boosted the ISO to knock down the exposure time.
