Steve and Mark tried cracking coconuts we found near our hut (mostly failing) when a guy nearby came out with his machete to help. We gave him a beer.

Fresh coconut milk and meat is so delicious, especially when it's just waiting on the ground to be eaten.

...after heavy rain

While it may not look like much, this was actually one of the best pancakes I've ever had.

Raspberry preserves inside the thin and fluffy pancake with lightly dusted powdered sugar on top. YUM. Syrup was not necessary at all, and I love my syrup! Comes with a side of eggs made your way and either two sausages or two pieces of bacon.
