Auch in Bad Harzburg hat die KVG einen Betriebshof zu verzeichnen. Er ist der wohl älteste Hof des Unternehmens und dabei auch der nunmehr Kleinste. Die anzutreffenden Fahrzeuge sich aber durchaus interessant, da einige Vorführwagen und Exoten das Stadtbild schmücken. So auch der ehemalige Vorführwagen 1103, der gerade seine Fahrt auf der 820 nach Braunlage antritt.
