Three weeks ago when I first visited the weather was cloudy and rained off and on through out the day. This time around the weather was more cooperative and I made the most of my one train catching it east of Cle Elum on numerous occasions. First time is seen here east of Cle Elum and west of Bristol an empty grain train curves along the Yakima River.

The Center Street Bridge is a historic and functional steel bridge located in Cleveland, Ohio, known for its ability to rotate to allow river traffic to pass.
Bridge Type: It is a swing bridge of the Pratt Truss type, meaning it rotates on a central pivot in the middle of the river to open a two-way navigation channel, an essential feature on the Cuyahoga River.
Location and Function: The bridge crosses the Cuyahoga River in The Flats district. When built in 1901, it was crucial for connecting the downtown area with the west bank and facilitating the transport of goods. Today, it remains a vital artery for both road traffic and commercial navigation.
Historical Significance: It is one of the oldest swing bridges still in service in the region and represents Cleveland's industrial heritage and the historical importance of the Cuyahoga River to Lake Erie commerce and industry.
Design: Although the superstructure has been modified over time, the base and the swinging mechanism remain.

This is the original house the classic movie was filmed at in Cleveland. Ohio. The movie was filmed in 1983. The house was purchased on eBay in 2004 for $150,000. The house opened as a museum in 2006.

Des peintures templières sont encore visibles au chevet et autour de la clé de voûte du chœur. Elles sont blanches (lait de chaux) ornées d'un trait ocre. Il y a un saint Georges terrassant le Dragon, une scène de l'Annonciation, un Christ en gloire, et quatre anges. Les fresques ont été datées de 1210 par Marc Thibout, conservateur en chef du musée des Monuments français et datent de l'époque des Hospitaliers qui reprirent intégralement le décor de la chapelle en 1485 en y ajoutant des stalles, un nouveau pavage et refaisant tous les vitraux.
