Well its the summer holidays so trying to juggle a gazillion things at the minute. My apologies as it has meant I have had little time for Flickr and commenting. I did manage to sneak out for a few hours at the weekend to photography this amazing staircase. I have three weeks off in August so should have a bit more time then to get round to you all.

Sunset in Huntington Beach, Orange County, California aka Surf City. Many famous surfers and Jürgen Klinsmann (German soccer legend) live here. I like the circular hole in the cloud.

Downtown Sydney’s got it all! Buses, trains, trams, ferries, late at night was the best time to be there! And the nightlife was nothing to laugh at, either.

A wide angle panorama of a rainbow. Almost didn't get this one, it faded out within a minute or two after this was taken.
You can't possibly shoot a ramp that looks like this with a standard lens, right? This scene demanded a fish eye for sure. This is the entry to the Springfield Armory in Springfield MA. The Armory was the primary manufacturing center for US military firearms, operating between 1777 and 1968. Most of the property is a college campus now. This is an exposure blended image to tame the highlights and bring out the shadows.
Is these are the multicolor of life?
S3IS+Raynox.. The 4 side black area is the black body of macro lens frame. I think this frame is good and hiding the empty part of the feather.
