Art in Motion and Poetry in Motion were projects commissioned by the City of Calgary in 2003. They received news coverage that year when Calgary Transit buses and 500 manhole covers were transformed into displays for local artists and poets.

Primero miré a ese pelotudo que esta en el 12 que pasan videos de música y esa mierda, me puse a copiar a los cantantes y agarré el rallador y empezé chucuchuchuchu, ajaja despues bailee en frente de la tele :O cosa qe nuunca hago (?) ajajaja MENTIROSAA (8) bue, cante canciones del año del pedo ee despues me tome dos tazas de café y escribi algunas ccartas de amor, para alguien que nose quien ... ajajaj y leí lecturas en ingles mientras miraba disney channel ajajaj la peor era ee despues que mas hice aaa lei revistas ajaja ee cante me tome la leche con mucha azucar y con oreos baba ajajaj. AAA y nose escribí TODA una hoja con consas cuyo tema era el amor (? buuuuuuuue :| ajajaj bueno !! eee are y me qede mirando la tele y lei sobre un chico qe protagonisa 90210 amo esa serie (L) mira si es que estaba al pedo ee . ajaja

Music from and inspired by the movies was the theme for the Lafayette Chamber Orchestra Spring Concert. The music department celebrated the end of the school year with spring season concerts from its student ensembles. Students from any major can perform in a variety of ensembles including Chamber Orchestra, Concert Band, Concert Choir and Chamber Singers, Contemporary Music Ensemble, Jazz Ensemble, Marquis Consort, and Percussion Ensemble.

This is a design for a building that will remain relevant and useful until 2300, when the water is up 14' from current levels.

Here's the first-ever #pie built by Wu Jia in our newly upcycled kitchen, which is--no surprise--part of our shop. As a #tool lover and experienced cook, Wu Jia was fascinated by the measuring spoons and cups I introduced--which he claims don't exist in #Chinese kitchens. Interesting.

sschoepp: I must say your obsession with lattice topped pies intrigues me. I've always thought that lattice tops, while visually interesting, fall far short in terms of taste and texture. The junction where the strips meet is often not as flaky, and sometimes doughy.
andersonandersonarchitecture: Are you one of those #flakey piemakers? I like a good chew in my crusts. Overly flakey pies are too effete and sissy for my taste, but suit yourself.

Darius Glover '14 and Brandi Porter '13
Lafayette College Theater presented its production of Arabian Nights March 6-9 at the Williams Center for the Arts. Magical, poignant, bawdy, and cruel, the classic tales known around the world came to stunning theatrical life in an abridged version of Mary Zimmerman’s inventive and ingenious adaptation. The production was directed by Mary Jo Lodge, associate professor of English, with original music composed by Tom DiGiovanni '96.

Lafayette’s a cappella vocal groups, The Chorduroys (male), Cadence (female), Soulfege (co-ed), and The Truth (co-ed), hosted the A Cappella Al Fresco spring concert earlier this semester in Anderson Courtyard. The event was sponsored by the Arts Society and WJRH radio station. The College’s a cappella groups are open to students from any major and perform numerous times throughout the school year, including the annual Evening of A Cappella fundraiser.
