I didn't take this one but I thought it was good. A friend of mine who helps find homes for animals took the photo and I scanned it for her. The kitten in the middle is about a week younger than the other one; the mother cat treated it like it was her own.
This cat belongs to another family, and lives nearby, but often calls in to our house. He is very friendly, and sometimes stays for 2 or 3 hours!
She looks quite the cute kitty here.
Don't be fooled, she ran up to a large black labrador dog who was being walked past my property, and tried to scratch his face. The dog didn't bark, thought she wanted to play and started wagging his tail at first.....Mercedes is my neice's cat I am hoping to settle her down a bit from being aggressive. Apparently at my sisters she would jump into the neighbours yard and try to attack their dog.
I love her...and I think in time with lots of attention she may settle to behave. My Raphael and Midnight love to play with her, and don't get put off by her aggression for some reason. I hope this helps her to be a gentler cat.
She's ugly as a mud fence, had cancer on her ears, but is the 'house pet' at a local retirement center and has the sweetest attitude of any cat i've ever met. In this case, beauty is inside!
Dibley (in hubbys arms) looked straight into the camera as I walked out to take a photo of the chicks ... I love this shot of his beautiful eyes!

This is my friend's cat Pusskins (he's totally embarrassed by his name by the way). Although this was a fun photo shoot to do it was also very sad. He's survived being a stray, having a leg amputated, a tumour removed from his neck, but now has terminal cancer and probably only has a few months to live, even so he neither looks nor feels ill right now and lives life to the full. He's a bit of a star.
we adopted a 1 year old cat from the Dakin Animal Shelter. haven't gotten any great pictures of her yet but had to post these for family.
We haven't introduced her to our other cats yet...she is staying in one of the spare bedrooms. Kimchi has short velvety fur and an extremely long athletic build. She looks a lot like an Oriental Shorthair.
