The latest #macromondays challenge #EDC prompts me to share this picture with you.

"Smint Peppermint" likely refers to a specific type of breath mint or candy called Smint, which features a peppermint flavor. Smint is a brand of sugar-free breath mints known for their small, round shape and packaging. These mints are often used to freshen breath and provide a cool, minty flavor. The Strangers Project or "What's it like being you?"

A fifteen plus years project where anonymous handwritten entries tell the project (and readers) what it is like being them.

Seen hanging on the wall in one of the terminals in JFK.

I took this shot at the iconic church at the moment when all the pesky tourists were out of my way in the middle of the day. I think this place deserves some monochrome treatment. Too bad, I wanted to bring my RSS pinhole camera, but I decided not to at the last minute due to the limited space in my carryon backpack.

I took this shot at a relative slow shutter speed just to get a little silkiness out of the little waterfalls. Wish I had a ND filter with me but it would add to the bulk of my carryon. On this hike, I didn't bring anything except my phone and my little Sony RX100. The camera can go down low as ISO64 but I would lose dynamic range. I don't want to buy a ND filter because that would be another thing I need to remember to pack every time I go on a hike like this.
