Nashville Cigar Club members visit CAO and had a tour and tasting of CAO's latest masterpiece, the LX2.

A Hoi An specialty, cao lao consists of noodles, croutons, greens, bean sprouts and pork slices in a bit of broth. It's a Hoi An specialty only because you're only supposed to use water from a particular well to make the dish. And, that well is in Hoi An.
