Early morning stroll on the beach just after sunrise at Cannes France- Cote D-Azur. Blue Blue Blue sky contrasted with the umbrellas and private beaches made for many great photo encounters
The old Cannes France Lighthouse is white and yellow with a black base. It's in the center of the photo. The new lighthouse to the left is white with a red band and red lantern. It flashes three very quick red flashes every two seconds. The jetty was extended so they built a new lighthouse.
Le vieux Phare de Cannes, France est blanc et jaune avec une base noire. C'est au centre de la photo. Le nouveau phare à gauche est blanc avec une bande rouge et une lanterne rouge. The Municipality of Cannes has been promoting a vast programme of giant wall paintings at various locations across the streets and avenues of the city.
All the wall paintings were produced by specialised artists & companies and were submitted to the architects of the French architecture conservation agency to make sure that they were conventional with the architectural style of the buildings.
Inmitten des Badeortes Cannes befindet sich die Flaniermeile Boulevard de la Croisette. Die Croisette wurde im Jahre 1850 nach dem Vorbild der Promenade des Anglais in Nizza angelegt. Der Boulevard hat eine Länge von zwei Kilometern und endet im Osten am Pointe Croisette, von wo aus man einen Blick über die gesamte Promenade hinweg auf das Festspielhaus hat. Shops, Boutiquen, Restaurants und Bars wechseln sich ab. Auch drei Casinos und der Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, in dem das Internationale Filmfestival stattfindet, befinden sich hier. Viele der größeren Hotelketten führen ein Hotel an der Croisette, darunter InterContinental (Carlton), Hilton und Mercure. Aber am aller schönsten ist hier der Strand und das Meer. In der Luft liegt ein Aroma von Salz, Sonne und gutem Essen. In den verschiedenen Strand Restaurants kann man herrliche Spezialitäten genießen und aufs Meer schauen. ich liebe Urlaub........

L'altro giorno stavo giocando a golf. Un tiro sbilenco ha fatto finire la mia pallina nel canneto che protegge il green della tre. Mi sono addentrentrato nella vana ricerca. Ovviamente non ho trovato la pallina ma ho trovato un'inquadratura che mi è sembrata piacevole.
