The Porsche pace car can just be seen on the left edge of the frame as the cars move through Mosport's turn 5 (Moss Corner). Mark Donohue leads Peter Revson (4) and Denis Hulme (5), along with Jackie Oliver in the Shadow. Oliver would last 6 laps and retire with a broken transmission. Hulme won the race with Donohue second and Revson third (2 laps down with a broken crank) - scanned from a 35mm slide.
