Bluebell is common throughout Scandinavia and grows abundantly above all gaudy flower-decked "meadow hills, " and "plant hills," as they call the warmest and driest parts of the Nordic meadows. In these places until midsummer sun attracts an abundant flower life, where bluebell often occur.

Campanula carnica (Campanulaceae) 142 20
Campanula carnica is a species of bellflower (Campanula) in the family Campanulaceae.
It is an endemic species of the Eastern Alps and it lives in the cracks of the shady limestone cliffs, a bit at all altitudes.
Campanula carnica is a perennial herbaceous plant 10-40 cm tall.
The stem is slim and twisted; the basal leaves are in the shape of a heart.
The flowers are unique or few per plant, with a purplish-blue corolla, sometimes white, 2-3 cm long.
It blooms from June to August.

The campanula is originally a mountain plant. It is therefore not surprising that this plant does well between the stones. The flowers are also called bellflowers. They owe this name to the bell shape. The flowers bloom in many different colors, including white, pink, purple and blue. The campanula brightens up the stones completely with its flowers in these beautiful colors and therefore also works well as a filler between stones and pavement.
