This morning I watched a Bobcat saunter in from the woodline up to my watering tank. I just happened to be looking out our Kitchen window to see this. He spent a good 5 minutes drinking and then sauntered away. Funny thing, it wasn't 2 minutes later that 3 Deer wandered in for their morning drink. the Deer were hesitant at first, I'm sure they caught scent of the cat. But they got a good drink also.
This pic is from my Trail Cam, the light was very dim so the pic was very grainy. I worked on it in PS a bit and sized it small so it would be more presentable.

The river flows through lock gates at Waterbeach and onwards towards Ely. Just before the River Cam reaches Ely it joins onto and become the River Great Ouse.

On New Years Day we placed Jim's "Christmas" trail cam in a spot along the river bank where I had seen beaver. No beaver...but we captured a racoon, some swans, and some fox...both day and night. This is gonna be fun:)

I decided to try and age this shot using Sepia colouring and added some noise. It is the River Cam looking towards Cambridge.
It's been a week, so I pulled the card from my Trail Cam to find this beautiful Fox getting a drink. He knows something is up. There were lots of Deer pics but not much else.
