SL-STORSTOCKHOLMS LOKALTRAFIK, ASEA / HÄGGLUND, type C14 1337, 15-8-1996, Söderströmsbron bridge-Stockholm - Sweden.

We had very good seeing again yesterday evening in the Long Beach area.

This is from 9 30 s SER files taken with a ZWO ASI224MC camera with 3x Barlow and a ZWO UV/IR cut filter through the C14 at Cerritos College. I used FIreCapture to take this data. SER files were used to create stacks of the best 41% of about 1500 frames in AutoStakkert, and those stacks were processed in PixInsight. The resulting images were registered and derotated in WinJUPOS, with the result undergoing some final tweaks in GIMP.

CM I: 131.3°

This video consists of the raw frames taken from a Celestron C14 and a ZWO ASI224MC camera on the campus of Cerritos College. Mars first passed behind the Moon near the crater Riccioli, with first contact at about 2022-12-08 02:29:56 UT and second contact at about 02:30:27 UT. Mars reappeared just south of the crater Petavius with third contact at about 03:29:51 UT and it cleared the disk of the Moon at fourth contact at about 03:30:26 UT.

SER files were captured with FireCapture, then extracted with SER Player and formatted to match the motion on the sky with VirtualDub2.

This was originally just an extra photo that was thinking about adding, however, the more I looked at it, the stronger it seemed, so I eventually ended up adding it to the actual portfolio. In the original photo, the grass is vibrantly green, so I found this to be a good color-change opportunity, because it was fall, I decided to make the photo seem more "fall-like," thus I changed all greenery to a yellow-orange. The different pathways give the photo an interesting vibe, because your eyes begin to wander down these pathways as though you're the one walking down them.

InterClassics 2020

Maastricht, the Netherlands.

Avions Voisin was converted to a car company by Gabriel Voisin after the First World War. Originally an airplane manufacturer, Gabriel Voisin lost so many friends during the war that he no longer wanted to build fighter planes.

The cars produced by Voisin are known for their extreme styling; they are "art on wheels".

This 4-door, 6-cylinder Avions Voisin was discovered in the 1950's in the Lake Como region by the famous Italian racer Count "Johnny" Lurani. It subsequently made its way to its current owners via a few Italian collectors. Remarkably, not one thing has been restored in its 90-year existence. The car retains its original paintwork, and the Art Nouveau interior, so typical of Voisin, is also fully intact.

Within, a pointed-arched opening with double-chamfered, ovolo-moulded surround and early C15 studded plank door. 2-light, round-arched window with reticulated-type tracery and 3-light, pointed reticulated-type window flanking the porch. Tower arch, restored, has cylindrical responds with plain capitals and double-chamfered pointed arch. Nave has 3-bay north arcade, 2 bays have clustered columns with moulded capitals and bases and double-chamfered, ovule-moulded pointed arches, the third bay has a lower, pointed double-chamfered arch. Late Norman chancel arch, heightened in C13, has group of 3 - shafts with moulded capitals with foliage and strapwork and pointed arch with zigzag moulding. C19 double-chamfered arch to chapel.
