Native stingless bees buzzing around

It's buzz time! This one is from Hebbal Lake. Followed this beauty for a while before I saw it just about settle down for a brief instant on this twig :)

PS - Hopefully one of you can ID this beauty for me :)

Update - ID done I think. This is a Carpenter Bee. Especially this picture from the wiki is very conclusive.
