FORT BELVOIR, Va. -- Contractors complete the final steps of scenic wall covering installation while working in a primary care clinic treatment room in River Pavilion at the new Fort Belvoir Community Hospital here Sept. 7, 2010. Many of the treatment rooms in the new hospital include wall coverings made using images of nature scenes. Together with the U.S. Army Health Facility Planning Agency, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Norfolk District is leading design and construction of the hospital. The facility includes a seven-story, 120-bed hospital tower, four buildings which house more than 25 primary and specialty care clinics, two open-air parking garages and a central utilities plant.
