#OneRoss gathering in the Winter Garden on Wednesday February 1, 2017 to show your support for fellow Rossers who might be affected by the Trump executive order limiting access to the country from 7 countries signed last week. From the message that went to the school from the president of the Ross Student Government Association - "Let's show our friends and the world what it truly means to be a Rosser, celebrating our diversity and standing together in solidarity. I ask you join me this Wednesday and also welcome any comments or questions regarding the events."

I created this using Wordle: www.wordle.net/

I found the above software as I was reading about folksonomies. I decided to make a word cloud using text I found about folksonomies. Wordle takes the text you enter and it creates a visual display of the most commonly used words appearing in the text, with the size of the letters indicating the frequency of use. Fun!

Folksonomies (like Flickr) are a way for people like you and me to categorize objects (images) without having to consult with experts and authorities who specialize in hierarchical classification methods By tagging in a social context like Flickr, others benefit and it facilitates community building through shared interests.
