The traffic along Central Park was a bit congested. Must have been the nice weather of the moment.
Along the curb a small Chevrolet Spark with next to it double parked on the bike path a Buick Enclave.
Central Park
Central Park is an urban park in the central part of the borough of Manhattan, New York City. It was initially opened in 1857, on 315 ha of city-owned land, later expanding to its current size of 341 ha.
In 1858, soon-to-be famed national landscapers and architects, Frederick Law Olmsted and Calvert Vaux, won a design competition to improve and expand the park with a plan they titled the "Greensward Plan". Construction began the same year, continued during the American Civil War further south, and was completed in 1873. It was designated a National Historic Landmark (listed by the U.S. Department of the Interior and administered by the National Park Service) in 1962. The Park was managed for decades by the New York City Department of Recreation and Parks and is currently managed by the Central Park Conservancy under contract with the municipal government in a public-private partnership. The Conservancy is a non-profit organization that contributes 75% of Central Park's $57 million annual budget and employs 80.7% of the Park's maintenance staff.
Today, Central Park is the most visited urban park in the United States as well as one of the most filmed locations in the world.

The Enclave is one of GM's Lambda triplets (the GMC Acadia and Chevy Traverse being the others). It's possibly the more luxurious of the three, though the Acadia Denali might have something to say about that. The introduction of the Chinese-built Envision this year should push the next-generation Enclave upmarket.
Not the type of vehicle I would expect to find in the line up of an obscure Chinese diecast manufacturer! I initially thought it was a heavily modified Audi Q7 which is the SUV of choice at this end of the market but a closer inspection reveals its actually an unlicensed......Buick Enclave! I don't know whether this SUV is sold in China but certainly the Buick marque itself is very popular in that country, in fact I believe the Chinese now buy more Buick badged vehicles than the Americans!
Not a bad representation from Heli with a decent interior and painted front and rear lights. Part of a six vehicle set. Mint and boxed.
This is a "Buick Motor Bus" from 1911. Now THAT is an awesome sport utility vehicle or I guess it could be considered a really EARLY Minivan. Take that Dodge Grand Caravan!
