Otherwise known as "Bug Light" is the Portland Breakwater Lighthouse located in South Portland Maine.
i seem to be attracting all sorts of bugs recently , this pest was about and inch and a half long and was eyeing up the tomato plants on the balcony.

www.stvincent.edu/wpnr | 5-6 year olds (with an adult) traveled around the Winnie Palmer Nature Reserve as they search for butterflies, spiders, dragonflies, bees, beetles, and more!
The CUTEST little beetles I ever saw!
I will have to get a bug book now, but maybe not. I will probably find out that these are incredibly destructive or something. I prefer to think they are just adorable and harmless. I can't imagine how adorable their ears are!
This bug was cute and I was going to free him after taking his photo. But I found out he was dead. Interesting how he died with his hands (feet...) in prayer position.
This is just one of many times I've gone out of my way recently to free an already dead bug....

This bug was hanging out at the lake. Never noticed that it is missing a leg until I saw the picture.
The kids found this moth at lemon bay park while on bug patrol. We will do some research and get the name of it.

In between i saw these typical bugs in so many different colors, so i think they are various like butterflys.
